“Miss Eline, will Mr. Jude be coming today?”

“Today? I don’t think so, but maybe next time!”

That was a short conversation I had with Joshua during today’s spelling test. Ironically, just 15 minutes later, Mr. Jude showed up at our doorstep with his son, Ezra!

But even before that, today started off with an exciting jumpstarter. As our warm-up activity, we played Pictionary, which required many people to think outside the box when it came to guessing and drawing. 😅

Afterwards, we finished reading our storybook, Kente Curtain by Franka Maria Andoh. I also handed out the new exercise books we will be using from now on to log our progress in the 100 Book Challenge.

Now back to where we were... Uncle Jude and Ezra! Their arrival was very exciting, which naturally sped up our spelling test review process. Why be inside when we could be training outside, right?

Finally, we queued up and went outside to start the exercises. After some stretches, we played a fun and competitive game of cone pick, which you'll see in the video later on. 😉

But I think I can say that the real star of today was Baby E! He stole everyone’s hearts with his curiosity and eagerness to participate in the outdoor activities. He even ended up being the comforter for those who lost the cone pick game!

To wrap it up, today went great, and thank you, Uncle Jude and Ezra, for coming!

🌿 This post has come to an end! Thank you for reading, and stay tuned for the next one! Don't forget to scroll down for pictures and videos from today. 🌿
